Mariela Franganillo is an internationally know performer, choreographer and instructor. She is recognized for her creative tango style, her embellishments, as well as her dance versatility.

Mariela performances have been seen worldwide on stage (Broadway’s “Forever Tango”) and has preformed at New York’s Town Hall, Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in productions including “Tribute to Paquito De Rivera” with Pablo Ziegler, “Eternal Tango”, “X Tango”, “Avantango”, on tour (most notably with Julio Iglesias). Mariela has conceived and choreographed “Swango”, together with Robert Royston, and was joined by Tony Award Winner, Rupert Holmes on the book.
